Assembler Job Details: $13 - $17 (Depending on experience)
  • 1st shift:  8:00am-5:00pm
  • Promptly and efficiently manage phone lines.
  • Greet customers and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Assist in invoicing, financial reports (Income statements, budgets, P&L’s, etc.)
  • Calling customers about billing issues
  • Updating billing information on customer accounts

Assembler/General Warehouse

Assembler Job Details: $12 - $15 (Depending on experience)
  • $12 - $15 (Depending on experience)
  • 1st shift:  6:00am-4:30pm
  • Assemble cable components by examining connections for correct fit, ensure that all parts are fitted and properly tightened or attached.
  • Perform quality checks on cables
  • Disassemble wires and prepare them to be reassembled
  • Use variety of hand tools 


 Assembler Qualifications: 
  • High School diploma/GED a plus!
  • Attention to detail
  • Continual use of hands, fingers, and wrists
  • Occasional bending to perform other tasks.
  • Lift between 25-35 lbs.
  • Standing for 8 – 10 hour days

Quality Manager
Talent Management Professionals has partnered up with a reputable client in the Bloomington/Normal, IL area within the Manufacturing Industry.  


General Job Summary:  The Quality Control Manager ensures that the overall plant quality is maintained at acceptable customer levels. This position ensures that the proper quality procedures are created, documented and communicated to the appropriate plant personnel. The Quality Control Manager also ensures that plant personnel are properly trained on quality procedures. This position also is the first line of communication for customer quality issues and provides documentation for “clean points” and corrective actions to customers as required. This position provides support for advanced quality planning for all new product launches.


 Principal Duties and Responsibilities:  
  • Ensure that overall plant quality is maintained at customer
  • Creates all required quality policies for plant.
  • Communicates quality polices to appropriate plant personnel.
  • Provide quality training for plant.
  • Handle all customer and internal quality concerns.
  • Perform quality investigations for both external and internal defects.
  • Prepare and communicate “Clean-Point” analysis for internal and external quality concerns.
  • Prepare external corrective actions required by customers.
  • Create control plans for all new product launches.
  • Perform quality control analysis and maintenance for all plant suppliers.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude with co-workers, suppliers, and customers.
  • Continually provides insight and recommendations for continuous improvement of plant quality.
  • Maintain all gage certifications and calibrations for quality equipment in plant.
  • Supervise Quality Technician.
  • Establish and maintains key quality personnel relationships with customers.

  • 4 year - Quality Engineering Degree or at least 4 year’s quality management experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Travel required – must be able to travel overnight as needed

  • Maintains all gage certifications.
  • Intermediate to expert excel experience

Office Coordinator
Talent Management Professionals has partnered up with a reputable client in the Bloomington/Normal, IL area within the Healthcare space.  


General Job Summary: The Office Coordinator serves as the face of the clinic for clients and their families and supports the clinical team by flexibly serving multiple functions at the clinic. They are responsible for timely and accurate scheduling changes for their staff and clients, coordinating start of service for clients while serving as general facilities support.

Essential Functions:
  • Greet all clients and families as they arrive to our clinics
  • Answer phones and respond to or forward requests and/or information.
  • Assists and/or completes safety screening protocols for all clients, families, and guests to the clinic.
  • Accurately records client and staff cancelations, reschedules, and other scheduled time off to ensure clients receive their prescribed treatment hours.
  • Facilitates timely and accurate flow of communication between the clinic and Client Care Coordinator where applicable.
  • Management of the intake process from Meet and Greet to first day of services.
  • Schedules recurring meetings with client families.
  • Schedule support services with interpretation companies
  • Assists with the completion of cleaning protocols to ensure a safe, clean, secure treatment environment.
  • Provides general facilities support including maintaining clinic inventory/ supplies, handling incoming and outgoing mail and coordinating general building maintenance

Non-Essential Functions/Other Duties:
  • Manages employee and/or client records while ensuring security and confidentiality of files and sensitive information.
  • Enters schedules and prep materials for new team members.
  • Assist with technology set up for virtual meetings/appointments.

Qualifications:
Education:

Front Office Associate Job Details: $13 - $15 (Depending on experience)
This candidate’s central goal is to provide our clients and staff with outstanding customer service and support. As the ‘face’ of our company, the successful candidate will be presentable and friendly, with outstanding people’s skills. You should have a talent for multi-tasking, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Maintain a professional appearance of the front desk area, reception, lobby, kitchen, and group workspaces.
  • Monitor, organize and forward emails.
  • Answer telephone, screen and direct calls to appropriate staff and assist with questions when possible. Direct all visitors and handle the visitor sign in and sign out procedure.
  • Order office and kitchen supplies and clean kitchen and front and small conference room.
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries. Ensure any shipping is properly exited or entered.
  • Coordinate any building maintenance that is needed and ensure all business machines (copiers, printers, postage machine) are in working order. Arrange maintenance for any machines that are not working.
  • Responsible for hospitality (popcorn, cookie, snacks, beverages) for members and staff.
  • Maintain meeting calendar and member usage of large group room. Be available to open office if member guests are to arrive earlier than usual office hours.
  • Assist in task as directed by the Manager and Accounting (mailing, invoices, stuffing envelopes, creating labels, etc.)

  • High school diploma or relevant qualification. Must be a self-starter, quick learner, and take initiative. Customer Service Representative
Talent Management Professionals has partnered up with a reputable client in the Bloomington/Normal, IL area. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience with emphasis on Account Management.  


Customer Service Representative Job Details: $13 - $16 (Depending on experience)
The Customer Service Representative is an essential member of our Customer Care team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming inquiries and providing support to customers in a timely, efficient, and professional manner. Customer inquiries may be simple or complex, and each representative must be well-versed in product knowledge to provide detailed responses. The Customer Service Representative will also take notes on customer accounts on a daily basis, process sales transactions, and speak to as many customers as possible.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
· Computer proficiency is required(Microsoft Word/Excel experience)
· Ability to create a professional rapport with customers
· Detail oriented
· Strong troubleshooting abilities
· Able to organize and prioritize data to arrive at the most straightforward solutions
· Prior customer service experience is required

Daily Duties & Schedule:

As a Customer Service Representative, you be the starting point for Tier I Customer Support, helping to route customers to the correct service solutions. The Customer Service Representative assists customers with routine issues, while referring more complex inquiries to management staff when necessary. The Customer Service Representative will also be responsible for recommending new products and services to new and existing customers in order to drive engagement with new products. The Customer Service Representative is also responsible for accurate record keeping and overall customer satisfaction maintaining high net promoter scores.
